Meet Melissa
Melissa A. Mardt, BSN, RN, MSCN
With more than 30 years of nursing experience, Melissa has cared for individuals and families across acute and critical care, home-based nursing, specialty and neurological care, and healthcare practice settings. She brings a practical, organized perspective to complex healthcare needs and takes the time to understand the individual, the clinical picture, and what matters most.
PNC was founded on a belief developed through more than 30 years of nursing—that clinical competence is essential, but it is not the whole of nursing. People and families also need someone who takes the time to understand the person behind the clinical picture, recognize what matters, explain what is happening and why, and remain present as care becomes more complicated.
Nursing Services
PNC offers two distinct nursing services designed to meet different needs. One provides skilled nursing care in the home. The other provides experienced RN guidance when healthcare has become difficult to understand, organize, or navigate.
Nursing Support Service
Experienced RN guidance for individuals and families who need help understanding, organizing, or navigating complex healthcare needs.
Private Duty Nursing
One-on-one skilled nursing care in the home for individuals whose medical needs require ongoing professional nursing care.
